BR Klassik respectfully called Xenia Löffler "the queen of Baroque oboe". The founding member of Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin presents on her new album a fine selection of oboe sonatas from the Dresden repertoire with works by Vivaldi, Platti, Stölzel, Fasch, Hasse et al. Her fellow musicians include Michael Bosch (oboe), Györgyi Farkas (bassoon), and Vaclav Luks (horn).
