What an incredible musical journey this has been for the group. To be able to include the music of Steve, Chick, Joe, Makoto and Gwil, is a personal dream come true. We always had a vision of where we wanted to take the group musically and explore new territory, but this album hugely exceeds my own personal expectations, and for that I’m truly grateful to the gentlemen named above, but also Simon, Sam, David, Philip, Gwil and Joe for their incredible contribution and absolute ‘stellar’ playing. A special mention should go also to Simon and Gwil for their wonderful arranging and compositional contributions, and to Yamaha whose support was invaluable. I hope you enjoy the journey with us!
